It’s such a pleasure to write a review for this gym! Our daughter is a competitive gymnast and was struggling to be seen by coaching at another gym. After coming here she’s been totally transformed. The coaches here take time to get to know each the girl behind the skills and focus on personal development in addition to gymnastics skill. Our daughter feels safe, happy and seen when she is at gym.
One of my favorite things about the gym is their focus on both the individual and the team. The other girls weee friendly, welcoming and have become like family to my kid in such a short time. Parents were kind and warm as well. Team truly is a team.
My daughter is encouraged to develop her skills at her pace in a safe, constructive and fun environment. I LOVE that she is having this experience.

4 of My kiddos have moved through their programs, all starting at 18 months in the parent class. Teachers are always great, size of group to coach is reasonable and not too crowded and the gym is ran well and safely. Great place for your kids to move and learn balance, strength and coordination!

Stars has been an absolute game changer for my daughter! We began our journey here when she was just three years old in the preschool classes, and now, at nine, she’s gearing up for her second competitive season.
From day one, the coaches have been incredible. Their patience, kindness, and dedication are truly unmatched. They provide regular feedback and maintain open lines of communication, which has been so valuable in tracking my daughter’s progress and addressing any questions we might have.
All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly which is so important when you are constantly in and out with the team practice schedule. My daughter has gained so much confidence both in and out of the gym. She’s not only developed her skills but has also learned the importance of teamwork. Coach Bekah has an amazing relationship with Bella and I couldn’t be happier to see the bond that they’ve created!

We LOVE it at Stars! We started when my 3 girls couldn’t even do a cartwheel 5 years ago, and now all 3 of them are competing on the competitive JO Teams. They completely fell in love with the sport, the staff and the friendships.
As a parent, communication is so important and the coaches we have had do a great job of that. I feel they each really know my daughters, and are both honest and encouraging. They are also willing to be available for questions and conversations when needed.
The coaching staff is the BEST. They truly care about my girls and want what is best for them first as a human and second as an athlete. As a parent, nothing means more.

We love STARS gymnastics!!!! All the coaches are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. My daughter has been attending STARS since she was 2 years old and she is 5 now ! The front desk staff ladies are great as well. Recently, I have been asking about Halloween leotards and the front desk brought them out and informed me of the new arrivals. Coach Megan, Eric, Rebecca, and others are super knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommended place for anybody that loves this sport !

My daughter has been going to this gym for 4 years now and the staff is amazing! They give my daughter the confidence to try new skills and encouragement after a new skill doesn’t quite go how she would like. The coaches here are all very positive and supportive when it comes to the way they coach and my daughter loves it here. The owners have personal conversations with the parents and know each parent by who their child is. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone who asks!

Stars Gymnastics has been wonderful for my daughter. She’s gained confidence and great friends. The facility expansion to extend the gym and the viewing area for the parents is Top notch. My daughter’s coach, Eric, knows his stuff. His gentle demeanor and professionalism has helped Hannah advance in her skills, and her enjoyment of the sport I highly highly recommend the Stars program to anyone who is looking for an excellent competition experience, or would like to pursue gymnastics as a fun exercise,casually.

Stars is one of the easiest places to write a review about because of all of its wonderful attributes. They have a great team of coaches, diligent attention to safety and impressive skill development at all levels. It is also a wonderful place for friendships to develop because of the positive culture they create.
My daughter has been on the competitive team for a few years and I have been nothing but impressed with the coaches level of intentionality and passion for the sport. All of the coaches are great, but we have had the most direct experience with Coach Heather. She is unbelievable with her ability to identify each individuals needs and meet them physically, mentally and emotionally exactly where they need to be met. She helps them push through limitations and find success on the other side. She is persistent with helping the girls believe in what they are capable of and pushes them to new limits. Coach Rachael is also amazing with the girls and they collaborate wonderfully together. With the amount of hours the competitive team is practicing, it is such a gift to have such confidence in the coaches leadership on every level.
The team director Cami sets the bar high for a well rounded team. She is incredible! All of the coaches put value on life skills such as discipline, perseverance, goal-setting and teamwork, which can benefit gymnasts both in and out of the gym. Grateful for Stars gymnastics!
