Women’s Developmental Team

For athletes ready to compete at a more intense level, our Women’s Developmental Team offers a structured path that requires a high level of dedication and serious commitment to the sport.

  • Intensive Training: Team members practice three to five days a week, with frequency increasing based on their specific level.
  • Compulsory Group (Levels 3–5): These athletes focus on foundational mastery and compete primarily during the Fall season.
  • Optional Group (Levels 7–10): Advanced gymnasts focus on personalized routines and compete during the Winter and Spring seasons.

Our coed T&T team is designed for athletes who want to excel in high-energy, specialized gymnastics events. We provide a competitive platform where athletes can challenge themselves and compete at the local and regional levels.

  • Three Core Events: Athletes train and compete on the Trampoline, Tumbling track, and Double-Mini trampoline.
  • Progressive Levels: The team is divided into 8 skill levels, ensuring every athlete competes at a level that matches their ability.
