Girls Recreational Classes (Ages 5–13)Our girls’ gymnastics program focuses on building a strong foundation through progressive, skill-based learning. From first-time gymnasts to advanced athletes, we provide a supportive environment for every level.
Four Progressive Levels: We guide students from Level 1 (Beginner) through Level 4 (Advanced).
Comprehensive Training: Instruction covers all four Olympic events—Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise, as well as, trampoline.
Total Fitness: Every class incorporates trampoline work, strength conditioning, and flexibility training to ensure well-rounded development.
Boys Recreational Class (Ages 5–13) Our boys’ class is designed to build foundational gymnastics skills while emphasizing overall physical fitness, strength, and coordination.
Core Gymnastics Events: Students develop specialized techniques on the vault, bars ,and floor.
Dynamic Training: Class includes comprehensive instruction in tumbling and trampoline to build power and agility.
Fitness Foundation: We focus on developing the functional strength and flexibility that benefits athletes in every sport.
Tumbling and Trampoline Classes (Coed)- 5 years to 18 years
Tumbling and Trampoline Classes (Coed, Ages 5–18)This dynamic program is designed for boys and girls to develop kinesthetic awareness and "air sense" through specialized training on three key events.
Three Core Events: Students train on the Trampoline, Tumbling , and Double Mini-trampoline.
Skill Progression: Our beginner curriculum focuses on fundamentals like rolling, cartwheeling, and basic jumping.
Advanced Techniques: As students progress, they move into complex handspringing and flipping techniques.
Athletic Development: A fantastic way to build coordination and confidence in the air!
