About Our Women's Competitive Camp![]() For over 20 years, Stars Gymnastics has been helping young gymnasts take their skills to the next level at our Rocky Mountain Training Camp, a competitive-level camp at our 12,000 square foot Colorado Springs facility.
Our camp boasts state-of-the-art equipment and offers the exciting opportunity to train with national-level and collegiate guest coaches from top programs. Overseen by our experienced, friendly staff, in a warm environment, your child will be smiling ear-to-ear as they learn basic skills, proper technique and overall health and fitness. We always focus on progressions when training skills, always keeping the safety of the gymnasts as our first priority. Rocky Mountain Training Camp offers the flexibility of being a commuter camper or an overnight camper. For those gymnasts that choose the overnight camp option, we utilize the dormitories at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Typically, girls are placed 4 to a suite. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the cafeteria while lunch is provided at the gym. Transportation is provided through the University shuttle system. The overnight option is a great opportunity to make life-long memories in a camp environment. Typical Day at RMTC
There will also be evening activities throughout the week.

Why RMTC?“I am absolutely thrilled with Rocky Mountain Training camp. The coaches are always attentive and focused on safety first. While at ease with kids of all ages and skill level, they are especially sensitive to gymnasts who have just started competing. This is truly a great camp for anyone who wants to advance in gymnastics or simply master skills.” Space is Limited
