Stars Gymnastics provides Colorado Springs and the surrounding area with the best in developmental, recreational, and competitive team programs. Headed by Megan Crook T&T classes have seen steady growth in popularity since the inclusion of trampoline as an Olympic sport in the 2000 Olympic Games. Trampoline and Power Tumbling is a sport open to everyone. People of all ages and body types love jumping and training on trampolines. The movement skills and the kinesthetic awareness (“air sense”) acquired in T&T transfer perfectly to other sports such as diving, cheerleading, acro-skiing, jump roping, sport parachuting, snowboarding, and martial arts. Stars Gymnastics in Colorado Springs , CO, offers a variety of skill leveled classes as well as a competitive Trampoline & Tumbling Program. The competitive program is by invitation only. Stars Athletes Accomplishments2021 T&T World Age Group Competition in Baku, Azerbaijan Ryan Maccagnan: 6th Place in the World on Trampoline 7th Place in the World on Double-Mini World Records being set by Stars' own Ryan Maccagnan. While at double mini trampoline National training camp, Ryan broke the record for youngest Triff/Half-Triff by TWO YEARS, landing the milestone pass at 15 YEARS OLD.
